Distinctive Trading, LLC provides digital products, trading indicators, educational content, coaching, live trading access, community memberships, and related services.

Because many of our products and services provide immediate access to digital content, proprietary information, software, community resources, or scheduled services, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Digital Products and Indicators

All purchases of trading indicators, scripts, software, downloadable materials, educational materials, or other digital products are final.

Once access has been provided, activated, delivered, or made available, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

This includes situations where:

• you decide the product is not suitable for your trading style;

• you no longer wish to use the product;

• you experience trading losses;

• you do not achieve the results you expected;

• you fail to use or fully utilize the product;

• your preferred broker, charting platform, computer, or other third-party service is incompatible with the product; or

• a third-party platform modifies its software, data, functionality, or availability.

If you experience a legitimate technical issue with a Distinctive Trading product, please contact us so we can make a reasonable effort to assist with the issue.

Memberships and Community Access

Payments for memberships, Discord access, live trading access, educational communities, or similar subscription-based services are non-refundable.

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges.

Cancellation does not result in a refund or prorated credit for any unused portion of the current billing period. Your access may continue through the end of the period for which you have already paid, unless access is terminated because of a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

Failure to use the service does not qualify for a refund.

Coaching and Scheduled Services

Payments for coaching sessions, consultations, classes, or other scheduled services are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, we may, at our discretion, allow the session to be rescheduled if reasonable advance notice is provided.

Missing a session, arriving late, or choosing not to participate does not create a right to a refund.

Trading Performance

Refunds will not be provided based on trading performance, trading losses, market conditions, profitability, or the outcome of any strategy discussed or demonstrated by Distinctive Trading.

Trading involves substantial risk, and purchasing a Distinctive Trading product or service does not guarantee profitable results.

Subscription Renewals

It is your responsibility to cancel any recurring membership or subscription before the applicable renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.

Once a renewal payment has been processed, the payment is final and non-refundable.

Accidental or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or believe that a billing error occurred, please contact us promptly.

Verified duplicate or erroneous charges may be corrected at our discretion or as required by applicable law.

Account Suspension or Termination

No refund will be provided if access to a product, membership, community, or service is suspended or terminated because of a violation of our Terms & Conditions, including unauthorized sharing, redistribution of proprietary materials, abusive conduct, fraud, or misuse of our services.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with a charge, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to review the matter.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to Distinctive Trading products and services.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer protection right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Except for such legally required circumstances, Distinctive Trading does not provide refunds.
